About Job

Location: Redmond, WA (5 days per week onsite)

Core capabilities required

  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills (non‑negotiable): creates clean, executive‑ready decks with strong structure, visuals, and storytelling
  • Strong written and verbal communication: able to distill complex, messy inputs into clear, concise summaries and next steps
  • Highly skilled at organizing data across trackers, spreadsheets, and shared tools (Excel, SharePoint, Loop, Lists)
  • Experience creating and maintaining simple dashboards (Excel or Power BI) to show engagement status, trends, and coverage
  • Able to translate raw engagement data into clear insights for leadership

What this person will do

  • Produce executive summaries, readouts, and updates for senior Microsoft leadership
  • Turn notes, emails, and unstructured inputs into clear themes, actions, and decisions
  • Maintain engagement trackers and ensure data is accurate, current, and easy to interpret
  • Support customer engagement programs (exec briefings, workshops, CABs, events) by tracking actions, owners, and follow‑ups
  • Bring structure and clarity to fast‑moving, ambiguous workstreams

Tools & environment

  • Advanced: PowerPoint, Excel
  • Working knowledge: Power BI, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Loop or Lists
  • Experience supporting executive‑level stakeholders strongly preferred.

Salary: $145K Annually
