  • System Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate and improve existing retail systems, including Point-of-Sale (POS), inventory systems, and warehouse management software.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to perform root-cause analysis on system bugs and conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed technology investments.
  • Technical Support & Testing: Provide high-level technical support, troubleshoot issues, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades.
  • Project Documentation: Create, maintain, and update documentation for system procedures, workflows, and technical specs.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience: Require 3–5 years of experience in systems analysis, ideally within a retail or grocery environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional skill in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical retail managers and store associates.
