Introduction

The HR Well-being team at ASML is dedicated to supporting employees in maintaining their health, engagement and sustainable performance within a highly demanding, fast-growing high-tech environment. To support this, ASML continuously invests in well-being initiatives that create a positive employee experience and enable employees to work and live in a sustainable way. In this internship, you will actively contribute to these initiatives by supporting well-being programs, communication and events. This role offers hands-on experience in how HR Well-being directly impacts both employees and the organization.

Your Assignment

As an intern within the HR Well-being team, you will provide all-round support to ongoing well-being initiatives and daily operations.

Your key responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting the organization of well-being activities, events and meetings

  • Updating internal websites and communication materials

  • Creating presentations and content related to well-being topics

  • Handling questions from employees and managers

  • Supporting the team with operational and administrative activities

This is a non‑thesis internship with a duration of minimum of 5 months, starting end of August 2026.

  • When applying, please submit your CV, a motivation letter, and two examples of your own work: one written document and one presentation or slide deck. These can be any examples you consider relevant, including individual university projects.

  • As part of the assessment process, candidates will also be invited to complete a HireVue video interview, which includes questions such as an introduction to yourself and your motivation for the role.

Your Profile

To be a good match for this internship, you:

  • Are a bachelor or master student in HR, Psychology or a related field

  • Are passionate about health, lifestyle and employee well-being

  • Feel comfortable working in a complex, high-tech and international environment

  • Are proactive, independent and have a hands-on mentality

  • Are fully proficient in English (C2 level)

Other requirements you need to meet:

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

  • Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;

  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
