Meeting sales objectives through the promotion of Xylem branded products to a variety of customers within the commercial building services markets. Other core responsibilities will be to implement marketing activities and product launches and maintain and develop relationships with colleagues across the Xylem Water Solutions organization to share market knowledge and business opportunities

Responsibilities:


• Promoting our Vertical Market Approach.
• Planning and executing marketing and sales activities, e.g. customer seminars, sales visits, technical training sessions, factory visits, product launches
• Building strategic relationships with allocated accounts within a dedicated coutry/region.
• Monitor closely the projects pipeline for contractors, direct accounts and assist in deals closing
• Set and monitor action plans for each account to implement growth initiatives.
• Set yearly target for each account and be accountable for achieving goals
• Own the numbers through accurate forecasting and reporting
• Assigning new channels where applicable in order to grow market share.
• Identifying, evaluating and establishing suitable routes to market.
• Co-operate with fellow employees to ensure that departmental functions and objectives are achieved efficiently

Qualifications:


• Degree in Engineering (Preferably mechanical or industrial)
• A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in the pumping systems of firefighting, plumbing and HVAC applications,
with exposure to sales/marketing/distributors, preferably in an engineering/process control environment.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
• Sales force or similar CRM experience
• Fluency in English and French is required
