Missions principales
Rattaché à l’équipe Méthodes, l'objectif est de transformer un poste d’assemblage simple en un poste d’assemblage + contrôle afin de créer une cellule semi-automatisée.
Étude de faisabilité Robotique : Analyser l'intégration d'un Cobot (Universal Robots, Fanuc, etc.) pour la manipulation et la rotation des produits. Comparer les solutions (coût, ROI, encombrement).
Intégration Vision : Optimiser l'utilisation des caméras Keyence existantes (reprogrammation éventuelle, réglages de positionnement).
Conception de la cellule (QC Light) : À partir d'un concept existant, réaliser l’étude d’implantation et la conception de la chambre de contrôle (type minichambre anéchoïque).
Gestion opérationnelle : Sélection des composants, passage des commandes (Microphones, PC, capteurs) et suivi du montage/intégration.
Mise en service & Formation : Rendre le poste pilote opérationnel, rédiger les procédures techniques et former les opérateurs de production.
Profil recherché
Formation : Étudiant en dernière année d'École d'Ingénieur (Bac+5).
Spécialisation : Génie Industriel, Méthodes.
Compétences techniques :
Maîtrise de la CAO.
Culture générale en automatisme.
Capacité à gérer un budget et des fournisseurs (achats techniques).
Soft Skills : Esprit de synthèse, autonomie, bon relationnel (travail en binôme avec un technicien acoustique de l’équipe Méthodes)
