Role and Responsibility

推动医院VBP/AMS科学管理:

• 为医疗机构VBP/AMS的科学化管理提供专业建议和广阔视野，进而保障与医疗机构的持续合作、产品安全运营。
• 与跨部门团队紧密合作，整合资源，帮助医疗机构提高VBP/AMS科学管理的意愿和能力。e.g., 搭建学术平台，组织pocket meeting, 为学术交流活动收集和总结全国范围内的科学管理经验，推动科学管理工具的研发和推广。

分析和总结VBP/AMS运营数据及成功经验:

• 收集和分析VBP/AMS运营过程中过程数据和结果数据，评估科学管理成效，为持续优化政策和方法提供数据支撑。
• 提炼和总结VBP/AMS的成功运营模式，发掘关键影响指标，为更多医疗机构复制提供样板。

项目管理

• 活动设计、计划和执行；项目管理和相关活动支持

• Professional Qualification & Skills
• Background in medical, pharmaceutical, experience of KA manager, district sales manager, regional marketing manager background is a plus.
• High level knowledge and expertise in native or oversea volume-based procurement and anti-microbial stewardship.
• Strong communication skills, fast learning, good key account management kills, understanding of Chinese health policies. Networking skills is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of clinical medicine, data analysis, scientific thinking capability, innovative thinking. Project management and academic conference organization experience
