What you will do

 As the Field Operations Manager (Onsite), you will lead Inventory and Warehouse teams to drive sales, operating income, cash flow and asset management in support of the branch’s P&L objectives. As a member of the Branch Leadership Team, you will work closely with the General Manager and Sales in support of achieving local branch objectives, quality standards and compliance with all policies and regulations.   

  

  • Ensure adherence to and become branch expert on all quality and compliance requirements as set forth by the Field Quality Management System requirements 

  • Lead any regulatory agency (e.g., FDA) site visits, inspections per the Field Quality Management System (FQMS) protocol, ensure compliance with OSHA standards and prepare branch for audits  

  • Ensure on-time, complete and accurate delivery of products to customers while driving improvements to processes  

  • Direct and coordinate the daily activities of customer service, inventory, loaner kit assembly and distribution 

  • Coordinate new product rollouts with General Manager, Sales, Product Life Cycle team, Product Marketing, etc. and coordinate with Distribution and Field Operations with the implementation of new national supply chain initiatives 

  • Managerial duties include but are not limited to: partnering with Human Resources, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, employee engagement, represent branch at quarterly regional operations meetings and annual national operations meeting. 

  • Drive performance that positively impacts the branch’s P&L and Cash Flow by partnering with General Manager, Sales, and Field Finance Manager while managing budget and capital expenses  

  • Meet top line sales, operating income, and cash flow objectives; make improvements in top drivers such as inventory, instrumentation, freight expense and workforce planning 

  • Complete other duties as assigned 

  

What you need

  Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of experience

  • 8 years’ work experience branch operations to

  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office suite required; Salesforce experience

  • 4 years of demonstrated success in leading teams

$123,100 - $164,150 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
