The Equity Capital Markets (ECM) business leverages the breadth of Citi’s unmatched global network to leverage our relationships with leading capital markets players. We support issuers and shareholders through equity offerings by offering a range of strategic solutions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-ons, block trades, private placements and more. Our track record of successfully executing transactions in dynamic and challenging market conditions is a testament to Citi’s commitment to providing the highest quality service to its clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analyze business and industry trends

• Build financial models, perform valuation analyses, and explore complex transactions across the full spectrum of Citi's business and product capabilities

• Participate in client development, through working on live transactions and assisting in the generation of new ideas for clients

• Collaborate with and learn from teams of professionals across the organization

Qualifications:

• Fluent English and Portuguese.

• You are graduating until July 2026 or graduated on the last 2 years.
