The Role
As an Associate Marketing Technologist on the Content Enablement team, you will support initiatives that enhance how we manage and deliver content across marketing and sales channels. In addition to collaborating with partners in marketing, sales, technology, and data, you will perform hands-on technical development work to build and optimize experiences in our sales enablement platforms. This role offers the opportunity to combine product strategy skills with technical expertise to transform business needs into innovative solutions that improve efficiency, optimize content workflows, and deliver tangible results.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Technology, you will play a key role in supporting both martech and cross-functional workstreams. You’ll help align resources and priorities for technology enhancements, implement strategies for better content organization and delivery, and contribute to projects aimed at modernizing our content ecosystem. The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Marketing, Business, or related field.
0–4 years of experience in digital marketing, sales enablement, tech consulting, product management, or related roles.
Proficiency in SQL and/or JSON for building and optimizing content experiences
Familiarity with content management systems, digital asset management tools, and sales enablement platforms
Understanding of taxonomy, metadata, and content tagging concepts
Ability to interpret marketing performance data and dashboards
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools
Experience facilitating cross-functional projects and timelines
Proactive problem-solving and adaptability
Technical aptitude with web technologies and integrations
Familiarity with API concepts and how they enable data exchange between systems
Experience with Seismic is preferred; ability to configure and customize Seismic experiences like custom LiveDocs is a plus
Foundational knowledge of financial services and asset management is preferred but not required
The Team
This role is within the Digital Engagement and Martech Solutions department under the Institutional and Asset Management Marketing organization. The Content Enablement team features a dynamic group driving innovation across marketing technology and digital experiences. Our team focuses on enabling sales enablement, automation initiatives, and digital communities. Together, we deliver solutions that enhance engagement, streamline processes, and empower teams to achieve measurable business impact.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-115,000 USD per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
