We are seeking a Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to help accelerate our goal of delivering world-class digital experiences for our global customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce Experience Cloud portals integrated with Salesforce core clouds (Sales & Service) as well as internal and external applications. You will play a key role in delivering seamless, secure, and scalable digital experiences for both customers and internal users.

You will collaborate closely with an internal team of Salesforce developers across the Salesforce platform, including Experience Cloud, Mobile Publisher, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, and with various other stakeholders.

This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices (frontend and backend), multi-cloud architecture, and integration design patterns as well as the ability to translate, and sometimes challenge, business needs into functional, scalable outcomes.

What will you do:

  • Experience Cloud & Mobile Publisher Development: Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Experience Cloud portals and mobile experiences. Deliver responsive, user-friendly, and secure solutions aligned with global design standards.
  • Technical Design & Documentation: Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs. Maintain clear technical documentation, reusable components, and alignment with architectural standards.
  • DevOps, CI/CD, and Code Governance: Manage version control and deployment pipelines using GitHub. Apply CI/CD best practices, including automated testing and continuous delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Designers to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.

Could this be you?

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds
  • Strong, hands-on development skills on Experience Cloud is a must
  • Strong experience with integrations, APIs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC/LWR)
  • Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, and API development
  • Solid understanding of Experience Cloud architecture, authentication, and role-based access control
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
  • Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD tools
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable solutions in complex, multi-cloud Salesforce environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and drive development effectively with Product Owners, Architects, and global teams while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Finnish language skills are considered an advantage.
