- Strong interest in the CMT industry and creativity in how to improve this area;

- Relevant experience in a consulting firm;

- Experience with leading teams and supporting strategy and business development.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of relevant working experience

- Good communication and facilitation skills

- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment

- Fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish is preferred

- Master's or equivalent degree/ MBA
