This position reports to:
Product Market Manager__
Offers service technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications, mainly for upgrade and retrofit solutions.
Take part in technical promotion meetings, prepare and deliver service technical presentations and demonstrations for customers based on customer requirements.
Supports the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
Cooperate with AE and PE others functions for optimized solutions and service delivery with high quality.
Take part in on site instructions after sales if necessary;
Shares best practices and successful cases.
Team work and sharing for for successful cases and lessons learned.
Defines cost for the proposed solution and communicates to the Sales organization.
Provides technical support to the Sales team during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with customers and offers product/ solution/service-related training.
Prepares/supports the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, business unit, and Sales organization directives.
Ensures technical and financial aspects of offers, including price and trading conditions, are appropriate.
Provides information for the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and participates in the risk review assessment as required.
Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers by leveraging general market information and insights provided by the Sales organization.
Analyzes lost proposals, identifies the potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with the Sales/ business unit to achieve improved results.

跨部门合作(如AE PE PM等),确保服务产品的高质量交付;
如有必要需参加项目执行中的现场指导;
制作和分享成功案例;
团队合作,内部分享,包括经验教训;
Bachelor's degree or above
More than 3 years of pre-sales technical support or on-site technical service experience in industrial control products, familiar with communication between drives and overriding systems, better with PLC coding experience
Better have experience in heavy industry (Metals, P&P, Minning, Chemical, Power, Marine etc)
Deep understanding of frequency converter products
Fluent in English reading and writing, able to communicate orally
