As a Project Manager, you are an advocate for Project Management and Agile best practices, remaining flexible to adjust processes to fit your project team and clients’ needs. You arecomfortable wearing multiple hats and acting as a Scrum Master. You can manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations effectively. You are a problem solver and a detail-oriented thinker who keeps the project goals in sight. The ideal candidate will be solution-driven and able to handle fast-paced projects while coordinating cross-functional teams and reporting to leadership. Above all, you are accountable to your team, to yourself, and to the delivery of excellence.
