Job Overview
Responsible for co-ordination and administration of key steps in the contracting process. Provides administrative support for the Contracts Team and Leadership Team as appropriate.;
Essential Functions
• Assist with the coordination, cross checking, tracking and storage of contracts, work orders and change orders for the department.
• Manage contract signature process.
• Completion of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) – products and milestones.
• Support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools.
• Arrange and schedule meetings and teleconferences for department.
• Creation of reports and analysis on contract and proposal data.
• Distribute all project contracts, budgets and master agreements within global guideline.
• Provide administrative and adhoc PA (Personal Assistant) support to Management and teams as required.
• Participate in departmental initiatives.
• Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
• Graduate/ Post Graduate/Certificate or educational equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
