In this role, you will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle of our web applications, from front-end design and development to back-end engineering and database management.

What work would I Be doing?

  • Perform incident response and forensic analysis across all environments, including both on-premise and cloud (primarily Azure)

  • Support and perform all phases of incident response life cycle: preparation, analysis, containment, eradication, remediation, recovery and post-incident activity

  • Ensure all incident response processes and associated forensic techniques are well-defined, documented, tested and managed over time

  • Conduct forensics: host-based disk and memory as well as network; analyze to determine root cause and impact

  • Perform static malware analysis / reverse engineering using industry standard tool suites to decompile malware such as IDA Pro, and evaluate dynamic malware analysis reports from sand box environments like FireEye MX or Joe Sandbox

  • Lead other Analysts

Am I Right for This Job?

  • 8+ years experience incident response

  • 5+ years of experience with network protocol analysis, NIDS/NIPS, host-based analysis, endpoint detection and response (EDR) tool use and analysis

  • Experience consuming and utilizing cyber threat intelligence to improve signal/alert fidelity

  • Strong background with SIEM and log analytics

  • Experience with scripting (e.g., python, perl, powershell, etc.) or other formal coding

  • Strong nice to have - static or dynamic malware analysis / reverse engineering experience

  • Solid understanding of Operating System fundamentals and administration

  • Strong verbal/written communication with abilities, and ability to work with a globally-distributed team

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent military or OTJ experience

Salary range is expected to be between

$102,200.00 USD - $189,800.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
