Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the successful implementation of the configuration management plan. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to assist in the design of software configurations and customizations, ensuring that they align with business process designs and application requirements. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute to innovative solutions, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct testing and validation of software configurations to ensure they meet specified requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Experience with software development methodologies and best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
