What you'll do:

As a Analyst - Reporting and Analytics, you'll play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll gather data, develop reports, analyze performance metrics, and assist in the creation of data-driven insights to help inform business decisions. One of your key responsibillities is to ensure data analysis needs by the business are met while operating within data governance requirements.

• Consolidate and prepare bank's deposit and loan portfolio and reconciling the data using SQL functionalities.
• Create and analyze complex queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets in Excel.
• Work with large datasets and translate business requests into actionable analytical solutions.
• Validate results against source systems and reconcile metrics to ensure consistency.
• Assist in design, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Create interactive visuals and self-service reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
• Document report definitions, calculation logic, and data lineage for transparency and auditability.

What you'll need:

• 1+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel including Lookups, PivotTables, and advanced formulas.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
