The Finance Master Data team ensures the accuracy, consistency, and governance of critical master data associated with external and internal financial reporting by creating a single, trusted source of truth globally. We manage master data creation, changes, lifecycle management, data integration, cleansing, and standardization processes to improve data quality, accessibility, and decision making across systems and teams globally.
What you'll do...
The Walmart Finance Master Data Director of Data Stewardship (system implementations and transformation) will lead the team of Data Stewards who will be central to successful implementation of various master data governance processes and tools across markets independently or in conjunction with S4 Hana implementation. The team is responsible for understanding current processes, design and manage transition, quantify the need for data cleansing and transformation, plan for the data flow from upstream systems to downstream systems, and ensuring consistency in master data processes and usage across the enterprise. This team will work closely with other project teams including S4 Hana project teams to understand market specific requirements for master data and actively participate in implementation, testing, validation and hyper care activities.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
