We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Corporates Outbound Product Marketing team to drive execution and management of product marketing and product launch activities for the Corporates Legal solution portfolio. You will manage and own a wide range of essential product marketing activities necessary to increase product awareness and usage, enable sales channels, position and message products, launch new products, and drive retention. Ensure fidelity in the laddering/ translation of customer messaging to the positioning’s of TRs products and solutions, and of TR's investment in generative AI.
 

About the Role
In this opportunity as Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Drive the development and implementation of integrated product marketing strategies in close partnership with inbound product marketing, product management, demand generation, and segment marketing and sales.
  • Own and lead the development and execution of cross-functional go-to-market launch plans, including tracking the status of deliverables against plan. 
  • Deliver and lead development of high-impact product marketing activities to generate product awareness, customer usage and retention, market leadership, and enable new sales and up-selling/cross-selling for the Corporates Legal solution portfolio. 
  • Work closely with internal and external teams including advisory and technology partners, our partner and alliances teams, channel enablement, inbound product marketing, product management, sales, demand generation, campaign planning, and our content center of excellence to develop and execute product marketing programs and initiatives. 
  • Report to key stakeholders on program status and activities. 
  • Develop positioning and market-facing messaging that reflects keen awareness of customer needs and promotes our Legal technology products and Legal research products in the Corporates market. 
  • Ensure messaging consistency when communicating solution-specific value propositions to the market and internal/external teams and develop materials/tools that support the channels/segments in meeting their pipeline, sales and revenue goals. 
  • Present as a thought leader and educator at events, conferences, and webinars to internal and external audiences. Create messaging for events.
  • Develop high-impact/quality marketing materials such as sell sheets, web pages, videos, battlecards, pitch decks, and case studies for assigned Corporates Legal portfolio solutions. 
  • Collaboratively drive new sales, renewal rates and overall market success across product management, demand generation and segment marketing and sales
  • Coordinate with other Thomson Reuters divisions and teams on select ad-hoc projects. 

About You 
You’re a fit for the role of Senior Product Marketing Manager, if your background includes: 

  • 6+ years of B2B and B2C product marketing experience 
  • Bachelors (or equivalent) required with a concentration in Product Marketing/Marketing, or business, or legal strongly preferred 
  • Currently work in, or strong familiarity with technology and research tools for corporate legal departments
  • Experience building go-to-market strategies across segments, regions, and with partners  
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence actions toward set goals in highly matrixed organization and in cross-functional settings  
  • Creative thinker with tactical know-how and ability to prioritize and lead large scale projects in a matrixed environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Data driven decision-maker  
  • Track record of impactful and engagement-generating product marketing programs and campaigns 
  • A desire to be part of a highly collaborative, fun, and focused team

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $102,200 - $189,800. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: KS, MI, MN, NY, VA. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $97,100 - $180,300. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
