Job Description Summary

One-year Early Career Trainee Program focused on Planning and process improvement aspects in a manufacturing and repair facility, with the possibility of extension up to two years. We are looking for an early career professional to support production planning, data analysis, and process improvement at our Jebel Ali Service Center in Dubai. This service center operates in a fast-paced repairs environment focused on Gas Turbine components and Generator rotors.

In this role, you will help improve planning processes, build and maintain planning tools, analyze operational data, and work with cross-functional teams to support smoother execution across repair operations, material management, and logistics activities. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in operations and a strong interest in planning and continuous improvement.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support production planning activities and help maintain planning schedules and reports 

  • Analyze operational and planning data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities 

  • Build and maintain planning tools, trackers, and performance reports 

Work collaboratively with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to identify and address bottlenecks affecting job execution and material flow 

  • Participate in structured problem-solving through daily management and Lean practices to support waste reduction, process stabilization, and improved flow 

  • Help streamline planning, material management, and logistics-related processes 

  • Maintain data accuracy and support standardization across planning activities 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or/ and Data Analytics, or a related field 

  • Fresh graduates up to 3 years of experience in operations, data analysis, and /or process improvement or relevant domains.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel 

  • Experience building tools, trackers, or reports to support operational decision-making  

Desired characteristics

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, data analysis, or process improvement.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams 

  • Planning and scheduling experience.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 

  • Experience with ERP systems or data visualization/reporting tools is a plus.
