Job Description

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry looking for a reliable and motivated team player to join our Accounts Payable team in DFW (Richland Hills, TX). The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for providing financial and administrative services to support our branches in an effective and efficient manner. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:  

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Accounts Payable functions include processing invoices and reviewing invoice approvals.

  • Issuing timely invoice payments to ensure the accuracy of records and reporting.

  • Monthly review and reconciliation of vendor statements.

  • Maintaining relationships with vendors and employees by solving issues and discrepancies.

  • Processing urgent on the spot check requests.

  • Entering credit card transactions monthly.

  • Monitoring and responding to direct emails and Accounts Payable group emails.

  • Completing special projects as needed.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to process 2,000 invoices monthly.

  • Strong attention to detail and well organized.

  • Excellent listening and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

  • Positive interpersonal skills with a “can-do” attitude.

  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.

Education and Experience

  • 1-2 years of successful Accounts Payable experience.

  • 1-2 years in the construction equipment or supplies industry a plus.

  • Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) a plus.

  • Experience with Coupa a plus.

Physical Requirements  

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
