CommBank are seeking expressions of interest from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, who would like to complete a full-time Hospitality Traineeship with our Client Services team based in Sydney.
This as an opportunity for you to develop your customer service and hospitality skills over a 12-month period while completing a Certificate 3 in Hospitality. Throughout this time, you will receive strong support from our Client Services and Indigenous Careers teams. If you can demonstrate a strong passion and ability in your role, we can offer you continued opportunities throughout the Commonwealth Bank Group after your traineeship period.

Our Client Services team manages our concierge, reception, meeting rooms & event spaces and catering services which we provide to CommBank employees and their customers. During your traineeship you will have the opportunity to work across several different roles, including concierge, reception, and food & beverage. We have opportunities available in South Eveleigh and Sydney CBD locations.
What will you do?
A typical day might see you greeting and registering customers in one of our buildings, working with reception and coordinating the meeting and event bookings, being part of our food & beverage team servicing our internal events or providing catering to a business meeting.
