Flynn Group of Companies is excited to be looking for a Service Manager (Commercial Roofing) in the Hanover, MD area! This position will be responsible for building and expanding the Flynn brand in this growing, dynamic market. This is a tremendous opportunity to grow the Service Division of the Flynn Group of Companies, the leading Commercial Contractor for the Total Building Envelope in North America.

*Build and expand the Flynn brand within the local market!Build relationships and partnerships with local customers
*Attend networking events and customer meetings
*Oversee financials and budgets and manage workflow of invoicing/accounts receivables
*Quotes for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
*Scheduling,alignment, and time management of field crews
*Dispatch calls to field technicians, providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on site
*Order and manage Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distribution
*Monitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project sites
Requirements
*5-7 years’ experience in a Construction environment; Service Roofing experience required (Commercial Roofing preferred).
*Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
*Strong management, delegation, planning and leadership skills
*Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD)
