As the IT Business Solutions Lead RTR, you will coordinate efforts to define specific business requirements, implement improved business processes and ensure successful deployment of S4HANA and other applications. You will coordinate system and process testing, training of system users and assist with functional stabilization efforts.
In this role, you will lead the implementation for a specific functional area and will require collaboration and teamwork within the business, global information technology and corporate functions.
RTR stream covers the following processes: General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Costing, Tax, Treasury, Revenue Accounting.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure the RTR workstream is aligned with the program scope, project plan, key deliverables and timeline
Support financial and regulatory requirements through focused application of functional and technical knowledge of SAP tools, systems and processes
Develop and lead implementations for successful delivery of finance solutions
Develop and drive project plan and deliverables for the RTR workstream
Manage the RTR workstream and coordinate with applicable counterparts
Engage and ensure resources are aligned with the project schedule and on track with the test effort
Collaborate with other workstreams and stakeholders to identify dependencies
Ensure all deliverables are reviewed and approved by key stakeholders
Identify, manage and communicate risks and issues as appropriate
Drive continuous improvement for future deployment waves – lessons learned
Our expectations:
Deep, broad functional and solution knowledge of SAP solution in Record to Report processes
5+ years of functional experience in SAP (financial process related)
Strong understanding of SAP data elements associated with financial business processes
Strong financial experience in a global solution development, support, and governance capacity
Previous lead or team role on a major SAP transformation project(s)
Track record in project management within well-defined and structured frameworks
Experience in delivery of projects with adherence to technical specifications and standards
Ability to pro-actively manage workload
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels of the organization and with external partners
Ability to make correct business decisions, influence and persuade others
Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
Availability to travel internationally (est. 15%)
University degree
Knowledge of MS Office, Visio
Fluent English
