Position Summary:

CVS Health has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Care Representative. The Customer Support Contact Center is actively hiring service focused professionals fielding inbound contacts from our Front Store and Digital (Website, App, etc) customers.

You will be responsible for incoming customer contact across all channels including phone, email and online chat. In the this position, you will use your proficiency with all CVS online, mobile and social media platforms to drive digital adoption and serve as a customer advocate for CVS.com, Prescription Management, CarePass Program, CVS Photo and Customer Relations support needs. You will work in a team environment, take ownership for solving customer issues, and help customers navigate CVS’s digital platforms, with the ultimate focus on customer satisfaction.

This is a work from home position. The schedule for this position is 10:30am – 7:00pm. Our call center operating hours are M-F 8:30a-7:00p and Sat-Sun 10:00a - 6:30p. We are seeking someone interested in working Flexible Work from home or fully remote, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Required Qualifications :

• 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service position

• Must be able to work flex remote and meet all work from home requirements (privacy, internet, etc).

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in a call center environment in a retail or healthcare setting

• Experience collaborating with external vendors

Education :

• Verifiable high school diploma or GED is required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
