Position Summary You will lead large, complex transformation programmes across the company. You will shape strategy, guide delivery and work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead the design and delivery of enterprise transformation programmes across functions and countries. - Build clear business cases, manage budgets, timelines and risks, and drive measurable outcomes. - Engage and align senior sponsors and stakeholders to ensure strong governance and clear escalation routes. - Coach and lead a team of transformation professionals and support capability building across the organisation. - Apply digital and agile approaches to accelerate change and embed scalable solutions. - Convert ambiguous problems into practical plans and decisions, tracking value and adapting as needed. Why You? This role is based in India and is hybrid, with regular in-office collaboration and flexibility for remote work as agreed with your manager. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. - 10 to 15 years’ experience leading large transformation programmes in industry or consulting. - Proven experience in programme delivery including planning, budgeting, risk and benefits tracking. - Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Practical knowledge of digital transformation and modern delivery approaches. - Clear communicator who can simplify complexity and influence without formal authority. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - MBA or advanced degree from a recognised institution. - Experience in the life sciences or healthcare sector. - Track record of adopting AI, automation or advanced analytics at scale. - Experience building transformation capability and mentoring teams. - Formal training in change management or programme management. - Comfort working in global and matrixed organisations.
