The Global Marine Health & Safety Culture Lead reports directly to the Head of HSSEQ & Marine Operations in Group Operations. This is a global position based in Copenhagen, Denmark, with up to 40 travel days per year.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required, as is a valid Danish work and residence permit. Experience in the towage, shipping, or maritime industries is an asset, but not a must.
