What You Will Do:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • Oversee the deployment and management of IAM tools including CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint, and Entra ID.
  • Collaborate with federal, state, and local clients to understand their IAM needs and deliver tailored solutions. Ensure compliance with relevant security frameworks and standards such as NIST 800-53.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the IAM team. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IAM and cybersecurity.


What You Will Need:

  • Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (due to nature of client engagements).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND Nine (9+) plus years postgraduate experience; Or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field AND Seven (7+) plus years postgraduate experience.
  • Total years of experience MUST include 7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Three (3+) plus years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in IAM tools such as CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint, and Entra ID.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
  • Proven experience in managing IAM projects for federal, state, and local clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to work onsite in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office Location


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Preference will be given to candidates within reasonable driving distance of a core Guidehouse Office.
  • Advanced degrees degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA)

The annual salary range for this position is $144,400.00-$216,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
