The Job:

As an End User Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business growth by specifying Stanley Black & Decker products into prioritized market segments. You’ll get to:

• Ensure an exceptional service level for end customers, specialist retailers, and warehousing wholesalers.
• Conduct joint end-user visits alongside our focus partners.
• Visit and support dealers, including specialist retailers and warehousing wholesalers.
• Lead sales activities for power tools, hand tools, and accessories within your defined sales area or market.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions to dealers and end customers.
• Plan and execute targeted market analyses to identify trends, applications, and competitor activities.
• Present our tool solutions and their benefits directly to end customers.
• Organize and support relevant trade fairs and customer events, including practical demonstrations.

The Person:

You are passionate about learning and growth, and you value being recognized for your contributions. You embrace innovation and are eager to make a difference. You also have:

• Relevant higher education in business, sales, or a related field, with practical experience in sales, market analysis, and customer engagement.
• Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proven ability to deliver product demonstrations and training, showcasing commercial awareness and market opportunity identification.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with clients, dealers, and stakeholders.
