This position will be based in Mexico City, Mexico. 

Position Summary: 

We are looking for a Program Manager to be responsible for end-to-end ownership of programs, projects, goals, and activities for the People team. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. You will also be in charge of developing budgets and operating plans for programs and championing program proposals to gain input, support and funding. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in program, project and change management. Reporting into the Director of People Operations, Programs and Total Rewards, you will collaborate closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Operations and Business Leaders across EarnIn. You will be a thought partner to these stakeholders in defining requirements and organizing work into programs and projects and managing the same. 

What You’ll Do:

As Program Manager (PM), you will be responsible for:

  • Gathering requirements, strategizing, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
  • Developing program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement of existing programs
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  • Overseeing multiple projects, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions
  • Managing project plans and communicating both synchronously and asynchronously via slack, email and other methods, to keep stakeholders informed and to ensure on-time deliverables 
  • Developing and maintain reporting for internal stakeholders 
  • Partnering with relevant stakeholders on change management initiatives, identifying risks, and developing communication plans
  • Creating and managing long-term goals
  • Designing and implementing people operations metrics dashboards and reporting
  • Evangelize project management within the people organization and providing internal consulting to uplevel operational excellence  

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years managing complex, cross functional programs and projects using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira)
  • 1+ years of experience in HR, People Operations or related 
  • Self-starter; able to creatively and independently navigate ambiguity, define requirements, prioritize high impact/value projects and manage to timeline completion
  • Experience using data and data-driven insights to support the business by offering solutions in line with values and business objectives
  • Change management skills to work through complex challenges, balancing employee and business needs
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time, stakeholder and budget management, facilitation, and organization
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills including the ability to manage cross-functional meetings
  • Experience thinking systematically to leverage systems and tools to organize information in a way that is reportable, scalable, and easily searchable
  • Ability to travel to travel to Palo Alto, California to manage, facilitate or participate in in-person team events, estimated at every other month (or 6 times per year)
  • Ability to work from the Mexico City EarnIn office at least two days per week, more as needed depending on active projects and onsite collaboration required
  • Ability to work at least 90% overlap with pacific time zone to enable asynchronous collaboration with California-based People Team members.
