Job Description:
The Commercial Credit Underwriter II position supports the Large Group Practice / High TGE portion of the Healthcare Practice Solutions Group portfolio. The Underwriter will focus on New Money requests to Borrowers with TGE > $2.5MM, Portfolio Management activities for Borrowers with TGE > $5MM, and Criticized Asset Reviews / High Risk Reviews for all applicable credits within the portfolio. The position may involve more complex borrowing structure, loan structures, covenants and requires a thorough understanding of more complex financial analysis, including being able to compare industry averages and trends to actual and projected performance.
The Commercial Credit Underwriter II analyzes, underwrites and may act as the final decision authority on commercial loan applications while following sound lending practices, policies and procedures. The Commercial Credit Underwriter II ensures compliance with established underwriting guidelines, quality and production guidelines, as well as Federal Banking Regulations and Government Reporting requirements. Responsible for basic financial analysis of less complex loans/industries/Customers.
