How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We are looking for a Distribution Supervisor who will support the Facility Manager with the day to day activity at the Coleshill site, with a primary focus on the safe distribution of our packaged gas products to our internal and external customers, The distribution will establish a strong working relationship with various key departments, whilst leading the team of drivers to toward a culture of delivering a high quality product in a safe and cost effective and customer centric manner.

• Ensuring the safe distribution of our packaged gas products to our internal and external  customers.

Are you a MATCH?

• Good knowledge & understanding EU driving regulations and ADR rules. 
• Leadership experience in an operational management role in an industrial environment. 
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are required. 
• Demonstrable ability to cooperate with others with effective interpersonal skills.
• IT skills - working knowledge of ERP systems and use of PCs and associated software.
• Good geographical knowledge of the distribution area.
