About the Role

This role is a vital part of our team, providing exceptional customer service by driving the courtesy vehicle and washing and vacuuming customer vehicles after service and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash and vacuum member and customer vehicles.
  • Operate the courtesy bus service, including picking up and dropping off customers.
  • Maintain the appearance and readiness of the courtesy vehicle.
  • Deliver an outstanding level of customer service.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the work bay while maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Handle administrative duties, including filing and banking.

This full-time, permanent role is available from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday shifts.

Please note: Successful candidates will undergo a full medical and police check, including traffic infringement assessments.

What We Are Looking for in You:

  • Excellent driving skills.
  • Effective teamwork skills and the ability to develop positive workplace relationships.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to operate basic electronic equipment, including mobile phones and GPS.
  • A C-class manual driver's license with a sound driving record.
