Mission Statement:
Provide each BU’s basic tasks to support team. Get familiar with business process and procedure and understand Hitachi Energy Japan business. Having the good experience as a trainee during short term assignment period based on BU’s requirements.
Your responsibilities:
- You will be performing activities and delivery output for each BU’s specific theme with support of Hitachi Energy team. Theme is determined by each BU.
- You will be researching, complying verify and analyse information and issues reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence related to the internship theme.
- You will be communicating with stake holders with BU and other functions to support the business process.
- You must implement Hitachi Energy process and continuous improvement processes, propose improvement action for process.
- You will be creating the document (ppt) of the deliverable during the internship and present it to the management team.
- Living Hitachi energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background:
- You are a student of graduate/undergraduate in engineering major is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic English & solid Japanese communication.
