Propósito del Rol

El Medical Science Liaison (MSL) es un experto científico en campo que representa al área médica de GSK. Su principal objetivo es construir relaciones de confianza con profesionales de la salud y expertos externos a través de interacciones científicas sólidas y éticas. Mediante el intercambio bidireccional de conocimientos, el MSL proporciona información científica actualizada sobre las áreas terapéuticas asignadas y recoge insights médicos relevantes para apoyar la estrategia médica y de negocio de la compañía, garantizando siempre un enfoque centrado en el paciente.

Responsabilidades Principales

Generar diálogos científicos uno a uno con expertos externos para discutir tratamientos actuales, necesidades no cubiertas y nuevas evidencias en las áreas terapéuticas asignadas. Responder consultas médicas de profesionales de la salud con información objetiva, equilibrada y científicamente rigurosa. Actuar como puente entre la comunidad médica externa y los equipos internos de GSK, aportando valor a las estrategias médicas, comerciales y de investigación. Apoyando el desarrollo de las actividades lideradas por Medical como miembro del equipo de medicina (Medicine team). Actúa como orador experto en eventos científicos no promocionales. Apoyar el establecimiento e implementación de programas de acceso temprano/expansión (EAP) locales u otras operaciones de acceso, incluyendo Ensayos Clínicos en base ética, Cuidado médico avanzado, programa de suministro de medicamentos orientado al paciente. Capacitar a los equipos comerciales en contenidos científicos para asegurar mensajes alineados y no promocionales. Mantenerse actualizado en ciencia médica, productos de la compañía y normativas locales, cumpliendo con los estándares éticos y regulatorios.

¿Por que Tú?

Título universitario en ciencias de la salud (médico, farmacéutico, bioquímico, enfermero o afines). Deseable: posgrado (MSc, PhD, PharmD, MD). Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica en roles científicos o médicos con interacción con expertos externos. Experiencia en el área de enfermedades respiratorias e inmunoinflamatorias en los últimos 2-3 años. Capacidad para traducir la ciencia compleja en mensajes simples. Nivel de inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) y manejo de herramientas digitales para entornos híbridos (presencial/virtual). Sensación de curiosidad y pasión por el aprendizaje y el desarrollo continuo.
