We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Migration Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our contract migration project and ensuring a smooth vendor onboarding experience.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. They should be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and have a track record of building strong client relationships.
This is a 15-month contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs. This position will report to the Director of Client Retention for APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Migration Project Management:
Coordinate and manage the planning and delivery of critical contract migrations
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and clients to manage dependencies and deliver desired business outcomes
Salesforce and Contract Management:
Create and maintain opportunities in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Draft and prepare contracts for review, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Client Coordination:
Review and verify client contact details for accuracy
Coordinate contract signing arrangements with clients, ensuring timely execution
Facilitate the onboarding of business entities to the client's vendor system
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 1 year of experience in contract management or related role
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Experience with contract migration projects
Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects of contract management
Knowledge of vendor onboarding processes
Prior client facing experience is a plus
