What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree required or three (3) years of experience working as an EMR system administrator providing technical support and system development may be substituted for the education requirement.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in myEvolv EMR.
• Demonstrated experience managing finance setups in myEvolv EMR, including CalAIM, LA County, and DHCS billing specifications.
• At least three (3) years of experience as a System Administrator for Electronic Medical Record software systems is required.
• Prior experience in helpdesk end-user technical support is required, demonstrating proficiency in assisting users with technical issues.
• Experience managing finance-related configurations and setups within EMR systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is required.

• A valid California Driver's License is required.
• Completion of the myEvolv System Administrator Training within one year of the date of hire.

How you will make a difference (Job Overview):

The EMR Analyst collaborates closely with the healthcare team and EMR vendor to deliver content updates, conduct workflow analysis, and implement enhancements. This role focuses on optimizing EMR functionality, providing training, and offering dedicated support to clinical users.

Division/Program Overview:

The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Finance Software Analyst is responsible for configuring and managing financial settings within the EMR system and acting as a key escalation point for technical support on billing-related issues. Key duties include interpreting billing guidelines, collaborating across departments to define requirements, and ensuring alignment with billing compliance standards. This role also involves delivering training, optimizing workflows, and coordinating financial setups for new program rollouts. Flexibility is required, as work outside regular business hours—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—may be necessary.
