We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Manager to join our dynamic organization. As a Change Manager, He will play a critical role in driving successful organizational change initiatives. Primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies and plans to support and guide employees through the process of change.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement change management strategies: Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to design and execute effective change management strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Create change management plans: Develop comprehensive change management plans that include communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, training, and support mechanisms to facilitate smooth transitions.
Assess organizational readiness: Conduct thorough assessments to determine the organization's readiness for change, identifying potential risks and resistance factors, and developing mitigation strategies.
Communicate change initiatives: Craft clear and compelling communication messages that effectively articulate the rationale, benefits, and impacts of the change to various stakeholder groups.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including employees, leaders, and external partners, to build understanding, gather feedback, and address concerns related to the change process.
Provide change coaching and support: Offer guidance and support to team and technical teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management, Change Management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
-Monitor and evaluate change progress: Regularly assess the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives, collect feedback, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
-Develop training and development programs: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and deliver training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the changes effectively.
-Maintain change documentation: Document all change management activities, including plans, progress reports, and lessons learned, to create an organizational knowledge base and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Stay current with industry trends: Continuously update knowledge of change management best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to enhance the effectiveness of change initiatives.
Additional Information:
-Ready to work in 24/7 environment and flexible on rotational shifts.
-Bachelor's degree
-Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.
-Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
-Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
-Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
-Strong leadership and project management skills.
-Proficient in using change management tools Service-Now, Microsoft Office.
