Digital Business Development Manager

Description -

This position will be responsible for digital sales business development and creation of effective growth strategies. The person will work with digital route-to-market & global team members to manage creation of business cases and development timelines; and assisting in achieving revenue targets for these programs. Responsibilities will include becoming a subject matter expert on the current environment, process flow & design and optimizing it for revenue growth, process improvements and customer experience. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Creating sales strategies to grow conversion at digital touch points in customer support
  • Working with PC and Print organizations to help define the revenue generating opportunities and deployment strategy and timing.
  • Play a key role in the development of the business plans working with the global & RTM teams to meet quality and delivery timelines.
  • Support the regional operations business plans to meet targets/budgets, cost plans and customer experience objectives.
  • Identify inhibitors and solutions to improve performance through regional contact centers and partners, ex. HP On-line Stores, HHO, Channel & Marketing.
  • Manage relationships across the ecosystem and provide updates to key stakeholders and executive management

This candidate will need to have the ability to drive to the following concepts or behaviors;

  • Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.
  • Works across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced services, solutions, or programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growth.
  • Responsible for revenue and margin contribution for a set of (more than one) solutions or services.
  • Utilizes in-depth understanding of customer business and complex requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.
  • Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross- functional activities that drive continuous growth of the services business.
  • Establish strategies and business plans to support business goals and initiatives by driving profitable growth
  • Establish a culture of process improvements and recommend changes in alignment with the business.
  • May be responsible for leading, managing, sponsoring or participating on projects.
  • Establish and manage relationships with subject matter experts and appropriate management to develop strong cooperation between teams.


Education and Experience Required: 

  • First Level University degree.
  • 7+ years in digital marketing/sales roles or in like roles/businesses.


Knowledge and Skills: 

  • 3+ years of business development experience
  • 3+ years digital sales experience
  • Web or mobile application sales, conversion programs, and business development
  • Track history of advanced sales and project management skills
  • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
  • Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods.
  • PMP Certified preferred.
