Your Impact

PTC is seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic hiring initiatives across our EMEA operations. In this high-impact role, you will drive proactive, innovative, and data-informed talent acquisition strategies aligned with PTC’s growth objectives. You’ll also serve as a key advisor to business leaders and collaborate closely with HR operations to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience. Fluency in German is a plus.

Your Team

You’ll be a senior member of the Hungary Talent Acquisition team, partnering with HR Admin and global stakeholders. As a trusted advisor, you’ll influence hiring decisions, mentor junior recruiters, and champion process improvements that elevate our talent strategy. Our team is dynamic, collaborative, and deeply committed to shaping the future of PTC through exceptional talent.

Your Day to Day

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives using advanced market intelligence and talent analytics

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs and advise on hiring strategies

• Own and optimize recruiting dashboards, metrics, and reporting to inform decision-making

• Represent PTC at external events, industry forums, and on social media to enhance brand visibility

• Ensure compliance with global and local recruitment regulations and internal policies

• Collaborate with HR Admin on onboarding/offboarding, document management, and Workday/ServiceNow workflows

• Oversee complex case management and employment documentation processes with precision and confidentiality

Skills & Experience Required

• 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

• Proven ability to lead strategic hiring initiatives and influence senior stakeholders

• Strong command of applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics- ideally Workday

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills

• Experience mentoring junior team members and driving process improvements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (Workday, ServiceNow)

• Fluency in Hungarian and English with fluency in German a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
