The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000 - $140,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will do in This Role:

  • Deliver and manage all aspects of the triple constraint (scope, schedule, cost while driving quality).

  • Prepare software project plans reflective of defined requirements with appropriate resource allocation and milestone setting.

  •  Coordinate in-house and on-site project activities with software project team and other Dematic disciplines, third-party suppliers, and the Customer.

  • Generate, communicate, coordinate, and manage internal and external customer deliverables.

  • Proactively seek ways to identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Ensure project execution processes, including regular status reporting and gating reviews are followed.

  •  Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded on all projects and the client’s best interests are represented with respect to contractual and technical issues.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Able to define work flows as related to the project team to obtain optimum effectiveness.

  • Understand the effect of decisions on business operations internally and with the Customer’s operation.

  • Demonstrate understanding of roles and responsibilities of managing in a matrix organization.

  •  A demonstratable understanding of the supply chain marketplace, ideally in an eCommerce, omnichannel, distribution environment.

  • Effective leadership and organization skills, matched with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully troubleshoot and resolve a variety of client and technical issues.

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, supply chain, business or related discipline

  • 3 - 5+ yrs. software project management experience

  • PMP certification or willingness to obtain after hire.

  • 1+ years of industrial automation industry experience (WMS or WCS) a plus

  • Ability to travel 20 – 25%

  • An ability to manage both internal technical resources and set expectations with end customers.

  • Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.

  • Experience managing project teams in Waterfall and/or Agile methodology.

  • Experience delivering software systems in real-time environments.

  • Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems and/or warehouse control systems

  • Basic knowledge of assigning severity and priority to faults found in software.
