Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide support and solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and system efficiency. Your role will require a deep understanding of the product to accurately diagnose issues and design effective resolutions, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions for new team members to enhance their understanding of the systems. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and resolutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Defined Network Implementation. - Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. - Familiarity with network protocols and standards relevant to software-defined networking. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Software Defined Network Implementation. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
