We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. As the Senior Analyst, Partner Ecosystem & Alliances Operations, you’ll play a key role in improving responsiveness, support, and accountability across our partner and alliance motions. You will triage and coordinate incoming partner-related requests, ensure timely follow-up, and orchestrate cross-functional actions to keep work moving efficiently.

This is a highly visible role that requires clear, proactive communication and strong follow-through. You’ll manage a high volume of requests while maintaining accuracy and meeting service-level expectations (typically within 24 hours). The ideal candidate has experience in operations or program support, is comfortable coordinating across teams, and brings a customer-service mindset to every interaction.

What you’ll do

You will support two core areas—Partner Ecosystem and Alliances—and help ensure processes run smoothly end-to-end.

Partner Ecosystem

  • Manage potential partnership requests (external and internal) and orchestrate cross business unit
  • Work with legal to drive agreements execution and ensure compliance
  • Partner training and certification orchestration
  • Manage key partner material update and release
  • Orchestrate partner investment
  • Front desk management
  • Provide guidance and consultation on overall partner formation lifecycle to ensure rigor and compliance
  • Industrialize our sales tagging process to provide accurate reporting to stakeholders

Alliances

  • Help facilitate the Microsoft governance processcoordination, Legal compliance actions
  • Facilitate rhythm of the business calls with Microsoft related to Partner center
  • Manage Microsoft Investment, Influence and Incentive programs
  • Manage Microsoft systems and ‘Co-Sell’ activities to connect Avanade and Microsoft sellers across the country
  • Work with the sales team to support sales efforts by leveraging various Microsoft programs, providing thought leadership on incentive structure, and delivering a world-class experience for our clients and Microsoft
  • Work with client representatives and stakeholders to schedule, coordinate and navigate escalations with Microsoft as needed
  • Assist the Alliances organization in understanding process bottlenecks and recommend process refinement to improve and document processes
  • Support with all aspects of Avanade Alliances Operations

  • Proactive, organized, and able to follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve them
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint (or similar tools)
  • Ability to work US Eastern time zone hours three days per week

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting partner programs, alliances, or indirect sales motions
  • Familiarity with contract or agreement workflows and working with legal or compliance teams
  • Knowledge of Microsoft partner ecosystem concepts (e.g., Partner Center, co-sell) or similar partner platforms
  • Process improvement mindset with experience documenting and refining operational procedures

Location & work hours

This role is based in Krakow, Poland. Candidates must be able to support US Eastern working hours three days per week as part of the team’s operating rhythm.
