KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Handling receptionist duties, including greeting guests, answering the phone, managing mail orders, coordinating courier services, and providing excellent reception services to guests.
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to the Administration Department.
  • Handling meeting room arrangements.
  • Making travel arrangements as required.
  • Serving tea and drinks to guests.
  • Managing stationery orders, pantry supplies, and stock keeping.
  • Arranging maintenance work for office facilities and equipment.
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties as required.

                                               

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 1-3 years working experience in reception/admin
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
