What You Will Do:

Operational Management

  • Management and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, loading, and shipping, ensuring alignment with production requirements and delivery deadlines.
  • Manage the material handling equipment fleet (Forklifts, Reach Trucks, AGVs/AMRs) to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operation.
  • Design and optimize the warehouse layout, slotting strategy, and internal logistics flow to maximize space utilization and minimize material handling costs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to packaging, preservation, and labeling standards for materials.

Inventory Control & Accuracy

  • Lead the WH daily cycle counting and support IRA count team and make annual physical inventory processes, ensuring inventory accuracy rate meets or exceeds company KPI (target: ≥95%).
  • Support the disposition of slow-moving, obsolete, and defective materials initiating timely review meetings and implementing disposal/return strategies to reduce inventory holding costs.
  • Management the accurate data entry and maintenance in the Warehouse Management System and Enterprise Resource Planning system.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate the warehouse team. Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Allocate resources effectively to handle peak production and shipping periods, ensuring labor efficiency.
  • Conduct regular safety training and drills, enforce strict compliance with EHS team regulations to eliminate accidents.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure all warehouse operations comply with standard process, company policies, CQMS standards, and customs regulations (for export/import).
  • Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) to eliminate waste, improve operational efficiency, and reduce lead times, one time internal material replenishment to POU.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement and Quality Assurance to resolve cross-functional issues and improve end-to-end supply chain visibility.


What You Have:

  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

  • Performance Management: Knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organization's performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.

  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

5 days onsite is required.
