You will own the full business, technical, financial, and performance lifecycle for the program—ensuring delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Customer Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical, cost, schedule, and contractual matters.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders and mission partners.

  • Provide strategic direction, program governance, and executive‑level reporting.

Financial & Business Management

  • Own full P&L responsibility, including forecasting, budget execution, revenue, and margin performance.

  • Lead cost optimization in collaboration with the Sponsor’s FinOps team.

  • Oversee monthly financial status, performance metrics, CDRLs, and risk reporting.

Agile Delivery & Technical Execution

  • Lead program delivery using the Sponsor’s Lean Agile framework and MVI (Minimum Value Increment) approach.

  • Oversee design, build, sustain, and support activities across the platform ecosystem.

  • Ensure high‑quality delivery of DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud, observability, and security services.

Staffing & Workforce Management

  • Direct a large, multi‑disciplinary team of cleared and uncleared personnel.

  • Lead hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and personnel development.

  • Manage staffing pipelines, backfill readiness, and continuity planning.

Innovation & Modernization

  • Drive continuous improvement and technology insertion, including AI/ML, Agentic AI, Zero Trust, and multi‑cloud capabilities.

  • Leverage GDIT corporate capabilities and reach‑back resources to enhance mission value.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for organic program growth.

Compliance & Security

  • Ensure full compliance with all Sponsor policies, security requirements, ICD 503/704/705, NISPOM, and GDIT internal standards.

  • Support A&A activities, documentation, and audits across multiple domains.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience directing large‑scale technical programs within the IC or DoW.

  • Experience leading Agile software delivery, DevSecOps pipelines, and cloud‑centric technical programs.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑interface skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or similar certification.

  • FinOps certification or cloud economics experience.

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP multi‑cloud environments.

  • Experience introducing emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, observability).

  • Prior leadership of programs supporting >1,000 developers.

Why GDIT

  • Meaningful mission impact across the Intelligence Community

  • Opportunities for technical innovation and modernization

  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and professional development
