Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has exciting opportunities for First-Line Flightline Operations Managers (Level K) to support the 737 MAX Preflight and Delivery (PF&D) program in Everett, Washington on multiple shifts.
This is a unique opportunity to lead teams in daily operational production system processes and provide technical oversight in the planning and execution of aircraft delivery. Successful candidates must be able to develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, cross-functional support and direct reports.

Position Responsibilities:
Ensures that aircraft are completed and pass certification for airworthiness by overseeing final component installation, systems operation functional testing, modification, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, preflights/postflight checks, release for flight, and preparation for delivery.
Interacts with customers, flight crew, engineering, suppliers and leadership, to meet product requirements and ensure customer acceptance.
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Manages, develops and motivates employees.
Actively promotes the growth and development of employees and fosters an environment of respect and inclusion.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, Washington.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience of experience in an Aerospace, Fabrication or Manufacturing environment
1+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership position
3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment
Possess an FAA Airframe and Power Plant License or the aircraft years and experience necessary to obtain an FAA Repairman's certificate
Ability to work variable shifts including weekends, and overnights as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ year of flight line operations experience.
3+ year of functional test knowledge.
3+ year of experience working with live customers.
3+ year of experience with any of the following: quality assurance, troubleshooting capabilities, functional test knowledge, release, ticket experience, manufacturing, and/or structures.
3+ year of proficiency using CMES
