Job Summary

As the Senior Program Manager, Engagement and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing the cross-departmental activities that drive the success of our Global Product Organization (GPO). You will be responsible to create and implement engagement plans that strengthen team culture, ensure strategic and efficient flow of information inside and outside of the organization, and directly contribute to delivering the strategic objectives of the organization. This role has access and influences all functions in the GPO and across all territories of the operating companies we support, and demands a motivated individual who can execute and adapt to the global needs of the function. You will report to the VP of Engagement & Operations in the Chief of Staff function of the Global Product Organization.

Job Description

Role Responsibilities

Team rhythm and communications: 

  • Craft the cross GPO engagement strategy including:
  • Own, maintain and track action plans for the department calendar, partnering with HR and corporate communications to align the GPO communications plan with key business communications.
  • Direct, coordinate execution and create content for cross-department specific communications (e.g., team newsletters, share point, leadership communications, HR updates), measure and improve performance and impact.
  • Proactively maintain and evolve strategic departmental communication documents (e.g., team walking deck, annual ‘vision speech).
  • Partner closely with Engagement & Operations leads to bring the GPO purpose, goals, roadmap and key messages to life consistently in each of the functions.
  • Lead and organize team events, support leadership meetings and other cross-GPO activities. 
  • Lead governance of the Engagement and Operations community of practice across Global Product, fostering alignment and building a cohesive culture; Lead alignment of leading practices and annual/quarterly priorities.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to run analysis, identify insights and make adjustments to improve all engagement and operations activities.

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Collaborate and support the execution of projects on behalf of the Chief of Staff function and the GPO
  • Build change management plans and lead and execute strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Partner with Business Operations on preparing KPI dashboards, analyzing results and root cause and preparing recommendations and insights to facilitate strategic leadership conversations.

Department Risk Management

  • Support risk tracking and manage mitigation plans and processes within the GPO.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner across the Chief of Staff Function, across all functions in the GPO and with teams within TPX and the businesses we support. Identify opportunities to improve alignment and communication.
