Salary Range:
$139,000.00 - $181,000.00The Senior Program Manager for Product and Engineering is an expert in delivering cross-functional, pivotal initiatives that address critical business needs and actualize Etsy’s long-term company strategy.
This candidate will support our Core Product & Engineering organizations by partnering with leadership to identify high-priority and complex work that will benefit from strong program management support. They are motivated by project, program and portfolio management work. They have a passion for agile software development principles and continuous process improvement. Most importantly, they are an adept communicator and collaborator who strives to get teams to achieve their full potential.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Manager, Product & Engineering Program Management. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.
This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office.
