Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

We are looking for talented, high performing team players to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting inbound leads and trials with new prospects of Bill.com to paying customers. You will be identifying customer pain points, closing business, and prioritizing your book of business. Sales Associates who consistently meet and exceed their targets will be considered for any number of exciting career expansion opportunities within our growing organization.

You will own the full sales lifecycle, helping organizations modernize their back office and gain the clarity they need to scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales process. You will be responsible for self-sourcing up to 50% of your own pipeline through high-tenacity outbound prospecting (50 touches/day) while expertly converting inbound trials into loyal customers.
  • Consultative Strategy: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand prospect points. You’ll align BILL’s suite of solutions to specific business goals, ensuring every prospect feels heard and understood.
  • High-Impact Presentations: Lead professional, executive-level demonstrations via web conferencing. You excel at "cutting through complexity" to show how our tech unlocks scale.
  • Forecast Accuracy & CRM Hygiene: Maintain an impeccable Salesforce record. Your data-driven approach ensures predictable revenue forecasting and clear visibility for leadership.
  • Collaborative Winning: Work cross-functionally with onboarding and product teams to ensure a seamless "easy to stay" experience for new customers.

Who You Are

  • Proven Closer: You have 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in a SMB to Mid-Market or high-velocity environment, with a trophy case (or a digital equivalent) of quota over-performance.
  • Self-Starting Hunter: You don’t wait for leads to land in your lap. You are proficient in modern sales stacks (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn) and thrive on the autonomy of building your own book of business.
  • Articulate Communicator: You possess a confident, professional presence. You can handle complex objections with ease and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with Simplicity.
  • Adaptive & Gritty: You have a "team-first" mentality and a high degree of coachability. You have a sense of humor, a thick skin for the "no's," and the tenacity to get to the "yes."
  • Tech Savvy: You are a quick study on new SaaS applications and process-oriented enough to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or work equivalent
  • Organized and process-oriented while being creative and willing to try new approaches
  • Confident, articulate phone presence and written communication
  • Inside sales, lead generation, outbound marketing sales experience
  • Experience using Sales & Marketing productivity tools and CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce)

  • Willing to make 40+ outbound calls per day
